Summary:

  • Trigger the Apple workflow on final release tags like vX.Y.Z.
  • Use the tag version for Apple framework zip and SwiftPM versioning instead of adding a nightly date suffix.
  • Allow final tag runs to perform the real S3 framework upload and SwiftPM branch push.

I have no idea how to test this
